The Sahel: What needs to change – Towards A New People-Centered Approach (People’s Coalition for the Sahel)

The People’s Coalition, in this document, emphasized that military interventions should be amended by a number of ‘Citizen Pillars,’ which comprise the protection of civilians, a political strategy leaning on solutions as to the root cause of the crisis, humanitarian relief, and engagement against impunity.
