Niger – Project Design Report (PARM Project)

The Market Risk Mitigation Project (PARMN), which aims to reduce market risk borne by small agricultural producers in Niger, is described in this report. The project’s objectives include developing adapted tools, such as collective storage (warrantage), contractualization/partnership with downstream stakeholders, and reasonably priced sales.
