Ce rapport propose des solutions pour répondre plus efficacement à des défis qui ne sont pas seulement d’ordre sécuritaire, mais relèvent également d’une profonde crise institutionnelle, politique, sociale et humanitaire qui frappe les trois pays du centre du Sahel et commence à s’étendre dans toute la sous-région.
