Through training, equipment, and revenue-generating activities, the Community-Based Sahel Recovery and Stabilization Project (PCRSS), which is carried out in Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger with assistance from the World Bank, empowers displaced women and vulnerable communities in the Sahel. In the face of insecurity and relocation, the initiative promotes self-sufficiency, resilience, and hope by offering sewing machines, kits, and updated facilities. In addition to promoting economic recovery, the initiative fortifies community solidarity, security, and peace, creating a path for long-term stability and dignity in the Liptako-Gourma region.
