In order to propose a georisks adaptive governance framework that takes geoethical principles into account, this study conceptually reviews the as-yet-unresolved inter-linkages of risk, vulnerability, resilience, and adaptation concepts. Additionally, it offers a case study method that demonstrates how to use this concept by combining a Sahelian early warning system with systems dynamic modeling to examine the effects of adaptation techniques on cultural resilience in food systems in the development and humanitarian sectors.
