Basic necessities such as food, shelter, water, and medical supplies are in urgent need. The registration of new arrivals, moving away from border areas, identifying particularly vulnerable families and individuals with special requisites, and putting in place systems to stop and address gender-based violence as well as provide alternative care services for unaccompanied refugee children are currently the top priorities.
